The festival food is the moon cake （stand mixer KD-808) and juice (KD-607) !

We would like to talk about What we will do in Mid- Autumn festival ?



Acturally ,the most fun part isn't about the moon cake (even KD-301 are very good for make it ),



And we will offer you a recipit for make moon cake,

〖List of ingredients 〗Purple sweet potato, 30g sugar, 150g glutinous rice flour

〖Production steps〗

1. Peel the purple sweet potato, wash and cut into pieces, and steam it in a pot;

2. Pour into a large bowl while it is hot, add 30 grams of sugar to mash it into a puree, then add 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, stir evenly and knead into a ball;

3. Knead into small balls, knead them all and wrap them with glutinous rice flour;

4. Pour into the mold, press tightly, press out the pattern, put it in the tray and steam it on the pot;

5. Steamed on a high fire for 10 minutes, it will be fully cooked. The purple sweet potato made in this 
way is soft and sweet. It looks very appetizing and wants to take a bite. The steamed moon cakes are 
not on the fire and do not have any additives. They taste very healthy. rest assured!




The funnest part it is about the Lantern, Which is traditional Chinese lanterns, which is candle on the cross rack , then the housing of lantern is all kind of paiting paper cover around it, very lovely .
